Teknisk gennemgang af vandrør i centrene i Morbærhaven
I takt med at der har været flere vandskader i centrene, er der blevet gennemført en teknisk gennemgang af vandinstallationerne.
Den umiddelbare vurdering er, at rørene ikke står over for en totaludskiftning endnu. Der vil dog fremadrettet blive arbejdet mere systematisk med at logge alle skader, så udviklingen kan følges tættere, og så eventuelle fremtidige beslutninger kan træffes på et mere sikkert grundlag.
På baggrund af gennemgangen anbefales det samtidig at sænke hastigheden på cirkulationspumperne. En høj hastighed kan øge belastningen på rørene, og en justering vurderes derfor som et fornuftigt forebyggende tiltag.
Justeringen af cirkulationspumperne vil ske i starten af denne uge.

Det kan betyde, at der går lidt længere tid, før det varme vand når frem til hanen i centrene. Til gengæld forventes ændringen at mindske belastningen på vandrørene og dermed bidrage til at forebygge nye skader.

Technical review of water pipes in the centres in Morbærhaven
As there have been several cases of water damage in the centres, a technical review of the water installations has been carried out.
The immediate assessment is that the pipes are not yet due for a complete replacement. However, going forward, all damages will be logged more systematically, so the development can be monitored more closely and any future decisions can be made on a more informed basis.
Based on the review, it is also recommended to lower the speed of the circulation pumps. A high speed can increase the strain on the pipes, and an adjustment is therefore considered a sensible preventive measure.
The adjustment of the circulation pumps will take place at the beginning of this week.
What does this mean for you?
This may mean that it takes a little longer for the hot water to reach the tap in the centres. In return, the adjustment is expected to reduce the strain on the water pipes and thereby help prevent new damages.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will inform residents if there are any changes.
