Du har en måneds opsigelse, og du kan ønske at fraflytte d. 1 eller 15. i en måned.
Husk, at opsigelsen skal indsendes INDEN d. 15 eller INDEN d. 1 i måneden for at 1 måneds opsigelse er gældende.
Opsigelsesblanketten kan fremsendes ved, at du ringer eller skriver til Morbærhavens administration på:

You have one month’s notice, and you may request to move out on either the 1st or the 15th of a month.
Please note that the notice of termination must be submitted before the 15th or before the 1st of the month for the one-month notice period to apply.

Flytteinfo/Moving information
Det kan sjældent betale sig at male, men hvis du vælger at gøre dette, så kan du købe maling og få farvekoder på administrationskontoret og beboerkontoret.
De sælger:
- Glans 5 maling på 2,5 liter til 190 kr.
- Glans 10 maling på 2,5 liter til 290 kr.
- Morbærhavens egen Morbærgrå maling på 1 liter til 170 kr.
Husk, der går ca. 6-8 uger fra fraflytningsdatoen til, du får en flytteopgørelse.

It is rarely worth painting, but if you choose to do so, you can purchase paint and obtain colour codes at the administrations office or the residents’ office.
They sell:
- Gloss 5 paint, 2.5 l. for DKK 190
- Gloss 10 paint, 2.5 l. for DKK 290
- Morbærhaven’s own “Morbær Grey” paint, 1 l. for DKK 170
Please note that it takes approximately 6–8 weeks from the move-out date until you receive your final moving statement.
